Romantic Valentine's Day Dinner Train
This romantic two-hour train ride features a three-course meal complete with salad, entree and dessert. All guests (over the age of 21) will enjoy a complimentary champagne toast onboard the train. All ladies will receive one long stem, red rose and a personal size box of Pierre's delicious Swiss chocolate truffles. A local favorite!

Salad:
Grilled Asparagus Salad: prosciutto wrapped asparagus served over a bed of arugula, goat cheese, and golden raisins tossed in champagne vinaigrette.
Entrees:
Petit Filet: grilled five-ounce filet served over truffled red potato gratin and sauteed spinach finished with a shiraz demi-glace and roasted garlic butter.
Pan Seared Salmon: fennel-dusted salmon accompanied by saffron pea risotto cake and honey-glazed baby carrots in a lump-crab beurre blanc sauce.
Pasta: orecchiette pasta tossed with oven dried tomato, wild mushroom, spinach, and pine nuts in a mascarpone cream sauce.
Dessert (inlcudes coffee):
Espresso creme brule and fresh berries.

(Railroad Seating) Passengers may be seated with other guests at a table of four.
