ACCESSING RAILROAD PROPERTY

Safety is the first and foremost priority of the New Hope Railroad. (NHRR) The right of way and property of the NHRR is private property. Any entry or construction activity on the railroad right of way must be authorized by the NHRR in writing via a Temporary Entry Permit (TEP).

Under no circumstances are you or any person or entity associated with you authorized to trespass or take any action involving the property or rights of the New Hope Railroad without prior written approval from the NHRR management.  Persons found on NHRR property without expressed written permission are considered trespassing and may be arrested and prosecuted.

A non-refundable application fee of $1,950.00 must accompany your fully completed application form. Incomplete forms
may result in a delay or rejection of your request.

Insurance Requirements:

Generally, applicants must provide a Certificate of Insurance showing the New Hope Railroad (NHRR) as the certificate holder. It must provide Commercial General Liability Coverage / Railroad Protective Liability Insurance with a combined single limit of not less than Five Million ($5,000,000) Dollars for personal injury and property damage per occurrence. This certificate must not exclude railroad work or operations.
