When booking seats for train excursions or events, you are purchasing an electronically issued ticket stored in our computerized reservation system. Upon selecting your excursion or event online, you will be prompted to make a payment using a credit card. Following successful payment, you’ll be presented with a confirmation screen displaying your order number. Additionally, you’ll receive a receipt and your printable ticket(s) via both email and SMS text messaging, delivered as an attached document and an online link for your convenience.
Please ensure that these tickets are either printed or displayed on a mobile device to be presented to a train crew member for electronic scanning before you board the train.
Such ticketing methods simplify your booking process and enhance your New Hope Railroad experience, eliminating the need to wait in line at the train station or pay for mailing costs!
We strongly recommend making your reservations online ahead of time. However, self-service kiosks at our New Hope train station platform do offer onsite ticket sales. Please note that this service is subject to availability and isn’t guaranteed.
Step 1
Begin by purchasing (booking) tickets online at newhoperailroad.com
Select the type and quantity of tickets desired, then complete all billing information to complete your purchase.
Step 2
You will receive a confirmation e-mail with your invoice and printable ticket(s) as a document and an SMS text message with an online link for your convenience. If you miss the email, please check your SPAM folder.
Tickets must be printed or displayed on a mobile device and presented to a train crew member for electronic scanning before boarding the train.
Step 3
Print your tickets in color or black & white on a standard 8.5×11-inch plain white paper.
Step 4
Bring your tickets to the railroad. All tickets to ride all excursions or enter any event are verified by scanning the barcode on each ticket. All tickets are individually barcoded, allowing one scan per entry. Any attempts to duplicate, alter or sell copies of the Ticket may result in admittance being refused to the event. This provides heightened security by identifying counterfeit and stolen tickets.
The New Hope Railroad has a no refund policy for all reservations. There are no exceptions.
Tickets issued for all reservations will not be replaced if lost, stolen, or destroyed.
