Q: How do I use a gift certificate during checkout?

A: In the “Enter your Payment Information” section of your shopping cart during checkout, there is a field labeled “Gift Certificate.” Here, you should input the serial number found above the barcode at the bottom of your gift certificate. Ensure that you enter only the gift certificate serial number and avoid entering the order number, ticket number, or any other information.

 

 

  • Gift Certificates are exclusively valid for ticket purchases at the New Hope Railroad and do not expire.
  • They cannot be redeemed for cash or credit and are non-replaceable if lost or stolen.
  • Additionally, they cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
  • If your purchase exceeds the value of the Gift Certificate, you will need to pay the remaining balance with an additional form of payment.
